Who We Fly

Built for groups, not individuals.

Traveling internationally as a group takes more than booking flights. It takes coordination, trust, and a plan everyone can count on.

Sports Teams

Rosters, tournaments, and travel clubs. We work the seat map so the team actually sits together.

Schools & Universities

Class trips, study abroad, and youth programs for local and national colleges, universities, and school districts.

Tour Groups & Alumni

Tour operators, alumni gatherings, family reunions, and the organizers who move them year after year.

How It Works

Three steps. One point of contact.

No chasing rising fares, no last-minute surprises, and no awkward conversations about extra costs — just one clear number you can share with everyone from day one.

Step 01

Tell us about your group

Share the basics — where you're leaving from and going to, your travel dates, and how many people are traveling. We research options across airlines, schedules, and pricing, then send you estimates to review.

Step 02

We confirm and hold

Once you pick the option that works, we go directly to the airline to confirm space and pricing, then share that confirmation with you. A deposit — typically $100 per person, due within 10 days — holds the seats.

Step 03

Fly together, stress-free

With pricing confirmed, you can promote the trip and collect from travelers on a schedule that fits your budget cycle. Names as they appear on the passport, dates of birth, gender, and final payment are typically due 45 to 65 days before departure, depending on the airline.

Why Us

Consumer booking sites are built for one person buying one ticket.

We're built for the youth pastor moving 38 kids to Guatemala, the coach getting a roster to the regional, the principal getting the senior class to Costa Rica, the alumni group planning a trip a year out.

Different job. Because airlines require a minimum of ten travelers to qualify for group booking rates and terms, we specialize exclusively in group travel — bringing the same expertise and commitment to a fair, locked-in price to every group, from a team of ten to a group of fifty or more.

✦

Exclusive group rates

Contracted fares below public prices. Savings scale with group size — ten travelers sees a real discount, and forty or more sees real savings.

◐

Flexible payment plans

A small deposit holds the block, followed by installments. We set a schedule that fits your budget cycle rather than the other way around.

◇

Seated together

We work the seat map so your team, class, or congregation actually sits together instead of scattered across the cabin. Varies by airline.

✧

One dedicated specialist

No call-center roulette. The same person who answers your first email is there when someone misses a connection.

◎

Multi-city departures

Members flying in from different cities? We coordinate a single arrival time and a matched return. Requirements vary for deviations.

△

Room for roster changes

Groups change. Outside of 100 days from departure you can reduce your numbers without losing your deposit, as long as you stay at ten or more.

Who We Are

Two decades of getting groups where they're going.

Since 2002, we've helped groups of ten or more travel internationally with confidence, simplicity, and a price they can count on.

Our company was founded by Klaus Biber, whose journey in the travel industry began at the airlines themselves — working in Sales and Marketing in both New York and Atlanta — before moving into international airfare with a leading travel wholesaler. That firsthand experience on both sides of the industry gave Klaus a rare understanding of how airline group fares really work, and in 2002 he set out on his own to put that knowledge to work for groups everywhere.

For over two decades, we've built lasting relationships with nonprofits, colleges and universities, churches and religious organizations, travel sports teams, and tour companies who trust us to manage their group airfare needs. More than 86,000 passengers have been ticketed through us since 2002.

Frequently Asked

The questions most groups ask first.

How does the group airfare process work?

Once we receive your group request, we'll research options across different airlines, schedules, and pricing, and send you a set of estimates to review. These are estimates based on what we're seeing at the time — pricing and schedules are not confirmed or locked in at this stage. Once you choose the option that works best for your group, we'll reach out directly to the airline to confirm space and pricing, then share that confirmation with you.

How many people qualify as a group?

Ten. Airlines require a minimum of ten travelers moving together to qualify for group booking rates and terms, so we specialize exclusively in groups of ten or more.

Do we need everyone's names at booking?

No — and that's one of the real advantages of group airfare. A deposit holds the seats. Names as they appear on the passport, along with dates of birth, gender, and final payment, are typically due 45 to 65 days before departure. The exact deadline varies by airline and is confirmed in writing before you pay any deposit.

When is a deposit due, and how much is it?

Once space is confirmed with the airline, a deposit is typically due within 10 days. The deposit is generally $100 per person.

What happens if we need to cancel after the deposit is paid?

If you cancel in full after your deposit has been submitted, there's a window during which the airline will only charge a booking fee — typically $300 to $500 — with the remainder of your deposit refunded. Once you're within 100 days of departure, the deposit becomes non-refundable for any seats not used or purchased.

Fees vary by airline, and some carriers charge more in peak season. Whatever applies to your group is confirmed in writing once space is held, and always before you pay a deposit — there are no terms you'll learn about after the fact.

Can we reduce our group size closer to departure?

Outside of 100 days before departure, you can reduce the number of travelers in your group without losing your deposit. However, your group must maintain a minimum of ten people traveling together at all times — dropping below that minimum invalidates the group contract. Keep in mind that if you cancel in full outside of the 100-day window, the booking fee will still apply.

A recap of all the details will be sent to you once space is confirmed, since each airline has slightly different rules for their groups.

Can members depart from different cities?

Yes. We can add travelers from other cities and coordinate the itinerary so everyone meets the group — either at a connection or at the destination. Requirements for these deviations vary by airline.

Contact Us

Let's plan your group trip.

All requests must come via email so we have everything in writing. For that same reason, we also prefer to respond via email.

You're welcome to call as well — just keep in mind we're often on hold with the airlines' group departments for extended periods, so your call may go to voicemail. Leave a message and we'll typically call you back the same day.

We respond to emails outside of office hours too, so feel free to reach out anytime — evenings, weekends, and holidays included.
